The salary is in line with the market average and the atmosphere is pretty low-key.
Cons
The job advert makes this place look much more comprehensive and well-run than in reality. There are no policies or procedures here and if you're lucky enough to get a contract, it'll be mis-leading and false. You'll be promised opportunities to grow in the company, only to find this hasn't been communicated with other staff members, who become defensive over their positions. Frankly, the pedantic, short-tempered manager has no respect for employees or their time; you'll be dropped just as quickly as you were picked up.
