      Pros

      Great benefits recently introduced in the last few months. My team is excellent and very supportive, even though we are remote working, meeting in person occasionally is great too for team meetings. Company comms are excellent, through regular director updates through the year. This is the first employer i have felt truly comfortable/ settled and at home with and i hope to spend many more years with them as i see true progression opportunities and a lifetime role here.

      Pros

      The culture here is truly amazing. Everyone is incredibly supportive, and you never feel left out. From day one, the amount of guidance and encouragement has been outstanding. The entire experience—from the interview process to onboarding—has been seamless and straightforward. I feel very fortunate to be part of such a welcoming and collaborative team.

      Cons

      Since I work from home, I don’t have any negatives to mention. To have inductions on site than over teams my induction via Teams was welcoming and excellent and very well-organized.
