Free lunches a few times a week.
Cons
Typical startup where layoffs are a normal occurrence. Senior management doesn't get along with each other and are constantly changing goals/strategies. The culture is toxic and the workload is unmanageable. The CEO is completely out of touch with reality and only looks out for herself.
