Expect long process for the interview. They will show interest in you but keep you waiting for long time. Unprofessionalism reflects in their communication which I tend to ignore considering the job profile that was offered. If you join expect culture shock, as most employees speak the same language (not English). If don't know the language they speak it's difficult to cope. If joining, ensure you get the contract before you join. They don't follow UK norms and offer basic salary for 47hrs job. Also expect to work for long hours from day one. Highly unprofessional people with top management roaming around making sarcastic comments with unrealistic expectations from employees. Read reviews before joining. Make your opinion but at the same time do not neglect reviews. After joining, If you get the feel of unrealistic unprofessional attitude from the organisation leave immediately as they have fire without notice policy. There are ample reviews on the same. Worked for the past 4 years. A rewarding career. Staff are well looked after and appraised well. I was proud to be part of an ever growing team brimming with new ideas. Line Managers are great source of inspiration and motivation. Frequent team bonding activities to Centre Parcs and Thetford Forest gives that extra stimulus needed to counter mundane work days.

Long hours sometimes makes it difficult to balance social and family life. But that seems to be the case with every firm nowadays. Management seek the best for each role and if you don't prove your worth, then you will not survive.

I absolutely loved my team and we became great friends. It is such a shame the company fired basically my entire team a day before Christmas without reason. They did not deserve that at all.

Oh my, where to start? I have met such amazing people and so much talent in this company. Unfortunately they are the ones who you will NOT work with, as they will either leave themselves or get fired within a matter of weeks (or days). What is left are the most incompetent, stupid, biased and discriminating people I have met and will ever meet in my life. The CEO is without doubt the worst. But you will also meet team managers whose previous job was filling shelves in the supermarket. Needless to say: no-one in this company knows what they are doing. On top of that, there is no structure and not a single person communicates. You will do your job (with the unnecessary long hours) for nothing. Don't reply to their emails, don't answer their calls and certainly don't go in for an interview. It is not worth it.

Sweatshop in London, long hours no life, unfriendly people, beatings, drinking, the owner must be one of the most dangerous Sri Lankans in the UK now, cross him and you will see. In scared and others are too, that why we come to work.
