Pros
-Amazing co-workers and an extremely knowledgeable and passionate leadership team. -As an employee i feel incredibly supported, encouraged and motivated by both the management team and the CEO. -Venntro strives to continuously improve its operations and processes and welcomes honest feedback from all of its employees. -Plenty of opportunities for professional development and progression. -Excellent work life balance with the ability to work from wherever you're happiest! -Remote working - ( full time) huge plus!! -Extra day off on your birthday- (always a bonus) I am incredibly grateful to be working at VMG with such an extraordinary group of people. The culture of constant improvement, growth and innovation is what sets this company apart from others in the industry. The management team is extremely friendly and supportive and is always willing to listen to feedback (open door policy). The work environment is incredibly fast paced and dynamic but this has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. The company provides top-notch benefits and encourages skill-building and career growth. One of the most impressive things about VMG is its commitment to diversity and inclusion. The company actively promotes gender, ethnic and cultural diversity. I feel incredibly proud to be a part of such a forward-thinking organisation that is always striving to improve whilst staying true to the company's mission! I would highly recommend working at VMG to anyone looking for a new and challenging position!! You will not be disappointed!
Cons
Being fully remote means that the whole company can only meet up a few times a year in person.

Pros
Very strong chance to have a demonstrable effect on the platform/software - small enough that you never feel like a cog in giant machine. Across the business everyone is great and the Developer/Product team are excellent - a truly friendly bunch of skilled people. Interesting and varied engineering challenges and a good degree of technical freedom to solve problems while working in a high traffic environment. Excellent benefits (Pension/Maternity are particularly good). 100% permanently remote and have been since pre-pandemic which means working remotely is a smooth process. Good hardware issued to developers/product team.
Cons
Not inherently a con but on the tech side you'll need to be capable of both self-direction and self-improvement and be comfortable wearing multiple hats, if you are it's a great environment to work in.

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry that you did not have a good experience with Venntro. We haven't had beers on Friday since 2017 (not an office for such beers since 2020) so we hope things have improved significantly since your time with us.

Pros
Great people to work with, Platform is very good with passionate people maintaining it, Free breakfast
Cons
Poor career advancement - The top management are extremely reluctant to promote staff. Too many knee jerk decisions from management A lot of people left and were not replaced, yet workload increased Too many changes in direction, with rules/processes. Motives behind projects are hidden from the staff, CEO had the mentality of "I'm the boss, just do as I say" No trust No morales from the business, no care about their customers at all. Just to scam as much money as possible out of them.
