      Pros

      Complex technical stack, High levels of autonomy and collaboration, environment where mastery can be achieved, strong mission orientation and sense of purpose, growing and changing rapidly. Amazing people with incredible backgrounds

      Cons

      Small/crowded office space. Snacks aren’t great. Decision processes and teams are still in flux. Not that many convenient walkable food options.
