Freshers can learn new technologies because they will not allow you to stay on a single technology for more the 6 months. So we can learn many technologies. When we have a problem we will always get a helping hand from colleagues. Vernalis encourages helping for fellow workers. If you are a girl your career growth will be fast.
Cons
Getting a laser-like deep focus and expertise in a technology is a bit difficult. If you have luck you may stay on a single technology for more months. Work pressure will be high and very low pay. The director is not having any knowledge about the employee's skills and their performance. He makes decisions based on the words of the project manager who will never give good appreciation for you unless you are a girl. Mistakes committed by girls will not be considered as a mistake. If a guy and you make a mistake he will be criticize for it. Simply to say the project manager in Coimbatore is biased. The worst section is the HR department. The HR is acting as a puppet and gives a single response for any type of queries, the answer is "I will revert you back". Having two water filters which are temporarily not working for nearly 2 months. Not having a proper coffee machine and giving a very poor coffee and tea which is not worth to drink. There will be no tissue papers in Restrooms unless higher authorities come from Chennai. When they depart the tissues will be taken back. I do not whether the company is not affordable to buy tissue papers. No Transportation facility even in late nights even for girls. No food for developers who are working in late nights. And no compensation even if you extend your work. Work culture and Payroll is very different from Chennai. There will be confirmation bonus which is avilabe only for employees in chennai. The pay for the fresher for the same job designation will vary about 8k to 10k from the employees recruited in Chennai office. They will not give any mobile device and force the employee to install device policy in mobile and saying that they will only wipe the email from the phone in case of any issue but they will wipe all your personal data without any prior intimation. 98% of the employees are working there only because of the service agreement and for getting their degree certificates and experience certificate without any trouble. They make use of the employee's financial background and make them work as their "SLAVES". Freshers: Even though you can learn many technologies do not join in Coimbatore branch and please try to get placed in Chennai branch or better to try another company. Do not risk your career in Coimbatore Vernalis. And do not ever show your financial background to the employers, they will make you a slave and it will reflect in your appraisals.
