      Great mission and purpose. I would say that the mission is amazing but that is all.

      Cons

      The CEO. Have you noticed she can't keep c-suite members AND she employed 100% Caucasians to serve in Sr. Leadership roles when the organization is predominantly black. Things that make you go HHMMMMM

      Pros

      This company employs people with disabilities. The workers here works extremely hard and they are always excited to come to work and this what I like to see.

      Cons

      Upper leadership is not open and receptive to critical valuable information that would help sustain the company. There’s plenty of favoritism and a lack of diversity with upper chiefs.

      Pros

      If you like working for a narcissist, then this is the place for you. The CEO runs through directors and Chief Officers constantly. Her obsession is finding pushover board members who are too unconcerned to do the right thing-fire her. She recoils if a person with disabilities gets too close to her. She puts on a show in front of VIPs while badmouthing people in leadership roles in the state agencies, Congress, Ability One, and Source America. She is insistent on maintaining low wages for the disabled (she really wants to keep them below minimum wage) while she makes more than the Secretary of State and Defense. Toxic!

      Cons

      Yes, that was the pros. The cons are worse. She's surrounded herself with people in key roles who fear her. No one dares share an opposing view. Who is getting fired today?
