Horrible, miserable place to work

Pros

The hourly workers were mostly good to work with. The pay was ok. There is a cafe for fresh cooked food.

Cons

A lot of cons. The management is not trustworthy. Safety is an issue. Communication is poor. Manager degrades workers and constantly talks down to them. No room for advancement. Most promotions made were to former employees.

Easy work, potential for bonus.

Cons

Company flew me out, then ghosted me after several interviews despite the recruiter telling me everything was good. No follow up, not even a rejection letter. They also posted the same position for 10k higher after my interview. Less than a year later, the posting is back up for 10k less.

Cons

Not enough opportunities for employment, no room to work up the ladder. Pay is not liveable for a one income family.
