Pros

-They’ll give you a high performance endorsement if you don’t already have it -You’ll get lots of multi-engine time (Cessna 310Rs mostly) -Single engine planes have G1000 and GFC700 autopilot (Cessna 206 Stationairs)

Cons

-Too many to list, but here’s a few -Highly disorganized management, despite some being obnoxious micromanagers -Pay and per diem are terrible and are not keeping up with inflation or the fact that management keeps increasing the amount duties we have -They keep adding new ways to get written up, treating us like we’re all high schoolers when there are really only 2-3 problem people who should be dealt with individually -Management will nickel and dime and restrict everything you do to make themselves look good for corporate, and likewise will blows hundreds or even thousands of dollars in fuel and aircraft costs (scouting flights, pointless relocation flights, etc.) for optics so that they, again, look “good” for corporate -They’ll drop comments here and there or enact idiotic policies to continually remind us all just how replaceable we are while squeezing every last bit of profit out of us; they know this is a time builder job for pilots and that the current bottleneck that regulations create combined with the lackluster hiring market make it such that they can get away with treating their grunts like crap
