Pros

Great company culture, flexible working, intelligent capable collegues

Cons

Management lack experience and skills to competently run this company. Many high positions taken through nepotism rather than experience. Staff suffering through mass redundancies due to idiotic expansion plans that lack a cohesive structure.

Pros

- Excellent hybrid working set-up, flexible working - Great benefits system - Friendly culture and staff

Cons

- Management decisions are chaotic, illogical and reckless and have come across as egotistical. - There is poor communication, especially in light of the recent major restructuring. - There is little career progression due to the flat structure. Therefore opportunities to grow are very limited. Management seem disinterested. - Salaries not aligned with media market.
