      Pros

      Full time remote opportunities, good employee benefits, competitive salary offerings.

      Cons

      No career path or growth opportunities outside of just taking on more and more work. Anytime there is any downsizing, cuts are only made to the workers and not management. There are as many or more managers than workers.

      Managers are not qualified; titles are inflated; there are NO career paths! Once you're in a job, you're stuck until you quit.
