      Very passionate employees. Cool work.

      Cons

      Executive leadership does not care about employees. The company is struggling financially making it difficult to get jobs done and expects employees to lie to customers pushing projects out months.

      All organizations have a con but this one was real so, none to add.

      The work was pretty easy.

      Cons

      Their payroll system didn't work, so my boss had to put in my hours manually. When he did, he'd skim 45 minutes to an hour and a half off per day.
