Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Virgin Holidays Limited full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Standby flights if you can get on them
Cons
If your face fits culture, don’t bother raising a grievance they are never upheld, bullying culture, you are looked down apon as a consultant, expected to work on days off from home. Senior management recruited when they are friends of other senior managers even if they have no travel experience and shockingly bad, use others as scapegoats for their poor management. Do not work here unless you want to lose your sanity.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Virgin Holidays Limited
Pros
Flight benefits, hotel discounts and uniform.
Cons
No path to progression, a lot of lone working in a retail store, no management or even poor management when you do have a manager, expected to do your own marketing with no support from the company, no clear rules or guidelines, instead of being sent uplifting messages to make you want to exceed target, you are instead sent negative emails. Management just seem to have no clue, staff are definitely not well treated, more treated like a number. I also feel no team spirit with other stores, more of a "stab in the back" culture.
