      Pros

      - Been really flexible and supportive of employees so far through Covid 19 - Good benefits and rates on VM products (if you're on Virgin Media network) - You can see the really positive influence of the new exec committee in how it feels to work here at Virgin Media - much more communication and emphasis on our customers and our people

      Cons

      - Still quite a hierarchical, siloed culture in place further down the operation, but this may change given the direction senior leadership seem to be going in - Quite old fashioned IT offering - we still don't have things like Microsoft Teams, Slack etc - still using Webex only for collaboration which limits you when working remotely.

      Pros

Supportive team structure. Good benefits. Great work life balance.

      Cons

Some colleagues are not up to the job, including one or two Directors. Pay rises are only on an annual basis and are poor. Offsite IT support is atrocious. Very strict sickness policy.

      Pros

Good Benefits. Great Shift pattern, OK wage from April 2020

      Cons

Higher management have no clue, Lack of support from field managers caused by higher management moaning at them all the time about their techs not reaching sales targets (yes techs have sales targets), Not trusted to do your job correctly need auth codes from managers with mountains of proof to prove a drop cable needs replacing.
