      Great environment met some amazing people fantastic travel facility's and other benefits

      Pros

      Interesting work, high degree of autonomy and trust. Senior management supportive, good leadership, caring teams throughout the business. A real focus on providing outstanding customer care. Good remuneration and benefits. Strong links with community. Supports disadvantaged groups into work with local and national initiatives.

      Cons

      Shift work not for all. Unsocial hours in some customer facing roles.

      Development & progression opportunities, great rate of pay.

      Cons

      Shift work, just be aware of that before applying, I prefer shift work, but maybe not for everybody.
