Pros

the only pro is that some people get company cars and gas cards

Cons

lack or respect towards employees and other company employees. There is ZERO team unity in a company that should thrive off a team environment atmosphere. Management has no idea how to train people and they lack the skills to hire quality employees. There's an overall lack of communication from all different departments throughout the company.

Pros

Zero pros, to stressful for $45k-50k.

Cons

Working over 50-55 hours a week. Your pay rate changes every year, meaning you must sell more or you’ll lose money. The more you sell, the more you have to rotate beer in the stores behind merchandisers/drivers. If the beer goes out of date, they make you pay for it. You literally can’t win. Stores hate when you load their back rooms up. If you don’t do this, and fall short on quota, your sales director and team leader will basically lose it on you. Meetings, you have two meetings a month, both are pointless. Just send a pdf to everyone like you do after the meetings… If you become a salesman, you must use your personal car for the job. The pay rate is not justified too. Drivers are off on Mondays, salesman must help drivers on Fridays because we’re not selling. We must use our on gas at this point to help someone who doesn’t want to help us or ends up quitting. When they calculated the mileage for reimbursement for fuel usage, they didn’t take into account us helping drivers. The amount of money we make a day and we pay/treat people poorly is the real problems. I worked for this company that was owned by other people in the 90’s and made more than I do now. Drivers are now getting paid more than salesmen if not close to it, with zero job skill too. Our CEO sent out an email saying how the biggest raises are coming in 2022. I got the same raise as I did last year. Our Chief Sales Officer is a nice guy to your face. He then talks crap about us to the sales director or the CEO. There’s an incentive right now where you’ll get an extra $100 of you complete one Bud Light challenge a day. This is a fuel incentive because of the current fuel prices. -Gain a facing of Bud Light in a store. -Build a Bud Light stack base, which most stores don’t want. -replace a Miller tap with Bud Light -sell an extra case in The list goes on, the kicker, it’s on an honor system? Basically causing way more work for $60 after taxes. Can’t just give the fuel money, must make it into an incentive. This is just one little thing wrong with this company. Final thoughts: don’t work for this company, you will regret it and lose sleep. They don’t value your time if the position can be maintained. Until mass start quitting, maybe then they’ll finally wake up and pay more. Record breaking sales got our company cars taken away. Remember this before you apply for any position here.

Pros

co workers are great people

Cons

This " Its not what you know but who you know" needs to stop. management needs to stop playing favorites. All these favorites getting promoted and then running around like chickens with their head cut off.
