      The work environment is great, and the community is filled with supportive and non-toxic people, which makes collaboration enjoyable.

      Cons

      The company lacks benefits, which can be disappointing. They also promised a salary raise after one year, but after two years of being here, there has been no follow-through on that commitment.

      Cons

      No salary increase. Narcisitic management- ceo and managers. toxic positivity. delayed salary. employs people for a position just because they are relatives and close friends. no benefits at all. ceo said being able to work from home is the best benefit at all.

      > offers $5 for every client project/fulltime va graphic design > needs diverse level of design skills because their clients are not just amazon product listing/ebc/ storefront design projects > friendly and nice hiring managers and team leads > offers P500 bonus if you become VA of the month > have team employee engagements (but chaotic and noisy)

      Cons

      > doesn't know how to uplift the morale of graphic designers > prioritizes quantity over quality for designers, meaning they want to get things done fast > experienced not so nice clients > too much *Forms* to fillup, especially attendance (need to consolidate information in 1 form) > clients are not actively offering design projects > rude attendance and pay admin officers
