    I worked at Vistage Worldwide

    Pros

You are supported by great marketing events and promotional material.

    Cons

It's autocratic, the role and training is robotic and process driven. It feels like a pyramid sell.

    Advice to Management

Value the voice of people you engage with.

I have been working at Vistage Worldwide full-time

    Pros

    - Great perks like kombucha, coffee, company outings, employee development days, wellness, etc. - Some cool and young people - Nice office yet empty - Decent equipment - Good mission - Flexible work schedule - Easy work

    Cons

    - Very disorganized - People are frantic - Barely any processes (If there are some, they're a mess) - Unprofessional individuals who speak to you inappropriately, yell, go behind your back, etc. - Can't get in contact with HR - Barely pay you - Takes forever to hire new people and when someone leaves, they dump all their work onto you and you don't even get a raise - Never get a raise unless your title... changes, which doesn't happen quickly at all - Too many types of titles without room to grow - Health insurance isn't great - People just look busy and don't want to change the way things have been done

    Advice to Management

    - Live in the same state as the company - Actually manage as in help people develop, check on statuses, move the needle, speak up for your team, etc. - HIRE people instead of hiring temps - Pay people decently! - Don't set unrealistic goals and then place blame when they aren't achieved - Be more organized! - Treat your employees well and make them want to stay

I have been working at Vistage Worldwide part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

For people with the knowhow and ability to work with business leaders in an advisory capacity, being a Vistage Chair is extremely rewarding.

    Cons

Continuous networking is not a negative if you enjoy the process. However, fluctuations in your group's size can cause fluctuations in income.

    Advice to Management

Recent changes creating a greater bond between management and the Chair community are making a difference. Well done!

I worked at Vistage Worldwide full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There was absolutely nothing positive about this horrible experience

    Cons

-Inconsistency -Dishonest -Hard to contact via phone -Only communicated through chat app

    Advice to Management

Don't tell me its a work from home position and try to scam me out of thousands. I was 'hired' immediately and was led on for over a week until the employees tried to get my personal information and convince me to cash a fraudulent check at the bank.
