Business outlook
Pros
Lots of autonomy. Work out of home office. excellent benefits. 3 weeks vacation time (15 days), paid holidays and floating holidays. Liberal expense allowance- essentially no limit. no out of pocket reimbursements, commissions are off dollar 1.
Cons
Very little marketing spend. Management works out of Buffalo headquarters most days- felt like I was under a microscope as everything is remotely viewed and retained- internet searches, CRM activity, phone logs and GPS. Prior Manager was great and supportive- new boss was a younger guy that came in from headquarters most days and lived too closely by the book. I felt micromanaged- got a better offer and left.
