    Pros

-Tons of career growth opportunities -Great company perks (free lunch, awesome corporate events, willing to help the community) -Progressive culture -Meaningful industry to work in

-There needs to be more women in higher leadership (Sr. Director, VP, and C-Suite) -Can be more reactive than proactive -Too much talk about religion in a professional work environment

I have been working at Vivint Solar full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    free lunch, nice colleagues, pto

    Cons

the priorities shift week to week. It is one thing to move with The Times it's another to have no clue on what they are doing. Vice presidents enough have no clue on how to manage how to lead how to establish strategic objectives and follow through in order to make money this company seems to want to elevate and pay the Bros and lever and else go it's the worst manage company I have ever seen almost everyone at the top has no experience in the electric utility industry let alone the solar industry.

    Disapproves of CEO

    I worked at Vivint Solar

    Pros

This is a place where I enjoyed my co-workers a lot. Smart, open minded people trying to make a difference and keep trying while their voices are, unfortunately, ignored. The lunch cafe's were a great option.

    Cons

I have never worked under a less caring CEO. David Bywater is completely arrogant and has not shown one bit of compassion for his employees. He is leading this company on a downward trend. Leadership should at least give the illusion of caring for those who provide their paycheck. Instead, this company vastly underpays while the fat cats keep getting fatter while the company sinks.
