    Pros

    1.Some departments are really good. 2.Its good that you can learn more on automotive field.

    Cons

    1.No work life balance. 2.very difficult for women in few departments especially in line and manufacturing department. 3.No pay for overtime for trainees.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of female employees on their worklife balance and please respect women

    Cross-functional support is less due to lack of understanding. All required process & procedures are in place but use them only if required

    Food and transport is a benefit. Office located in a peaceful area which promotes productivity. R&D and production in a single site.

    Cons

    Poor planning and execution of projects. Work duplication happens quite often. Lengthy processes of Volvo tend to decrease value.

    1) Learn new things ( only if you are in touch with your couter part overseas)

    1) all opportunities, benefits taken by old employees. 2) You will not be having any authority even at manager level 3) No appreciation for good work.
