      Pros

      the team were amazing and talented people

      Cons

      the company lie to you, treat you unprofessionally and remove you with no notice from the business. this company is very toxic. you are not treated as an equal. told you have no real experience after delivering multiple projects and being hired to do that role. removes a whole department without notice. the management is very poor and their HR aren't trained to handle correct procedures. avoid this company as its clear they are having major financial issues and care nothing for their staff.

      Some people are nice You’ll learn a lot as you’ll have so much work to do Some options for promotion but you’ll lose your soul chasing for it

      Cons

      This company has no flexibility at all. Most employees are being forced to work in the office regardless of lockdowns and government advice when the roles can easily be completed at home. The culture is awful, everyone is miserable and it’s a blaming/stab in the back culture. You’ll have no work life balance at all Everyone is far to busy to make any meaningful change to the business

      I wish I had avoided this Company

      Pros

      Some great staff but they are the workers, not the people who have most influence on your working life/career.

      Cons

      I had a terrible experience working here on many different levels. I wish I’d listened to my gut instinct about new management and left earlier. I certainly would advise anyone of my friends who asked to swerve working here.
