The worst company ive ever had the misfortune of working for. If you read through the other reviews you will be able to gain an accurate scope of this companies practices and how they conduct "care". Safeguarding and patient care concerns dismissed, paperwork never updated and they leave their clients and staff alike in a state of mental confusion. I would not advise seeking this care company for loved ones or anyone seeking a role within the company stay well clear!

Pros
Majority of the staff team and people I supported were lovely.
Cons
Management offer no support, no rota for the following week come Saturday evening, no communication for 3/4 days + from management, low staff, untrained staff lone working.
