      Pros

      I got to see how a lot of 1st Class young girls work and how they speak and treat people and how they make those on the lower social scale feel. Especially those from Expensive Private Schools.

      Its a profession that's supposed to be "caring" but it's just hidden behind the word CARING.

      -Can be a fulfilling line of work -Great colleagues and genuinely caring CEO

      Cons

      -Persistently micromanaged -Took on more and more responsibilities with zero recognition or remuneration - Job title changed and salary increased after leaving proving I was working above my pay grade - Essentially pushed out despite being with the company for over 3 years and trying to develop professionally

      It's great to read that you feel supported in your role. Where possible we like to promote employees from within the company. We have excellent training to help support career progression, although some employees may feel that there is a lot to take in and learn, support is always available from your line managers.

      Some semi-alright people to work with mostly.

      Cons

      Poor training; Couldn't ask for help, got told off for it, eventually got sacked for asking too many questions. Computer systems in place are ancient, unforgiving and in most instances, completely unclear as to what you're doing/effecting schedules and such. Pulling information from their systems is like getting blood from a rock. They're taking on all of the people that the other Care Providers have blacklisted just because they're after all of the contracts they can get their hands on. Staff turnover is pretty high, especially lower down the rungs you go. There was an obsession on overly professional e-mails. Entirely frustrating trying to communicate with your team when you're expected to write an essay instead of 10 words.
