Pros
My team members taught me well. They will provide work from home in case employees face are not able to come to office due to any difficulties. No strict dress code. There was nothing else likeable about the company.
Cons
Meaningless salary structure (it didn't comply to any government norms) , No practice of issuing Salary slips, salary will be credited to employees only on the 10th day of the next month (Net 40 payment ) . Employees are poorly paid. They did not provide PF and ESI in the initial months. No proper appraisal system in place. Superiors interact with subordinates in a very unprofessional way. No proper working culture or system in place, they keep changing the system of working. Not at all recommended.
