Bad ideas, bad execution, pride in those ideas, no flexibility, hardly creative. They underpay and expect you to work double the amount. Employee management is as bad as it gets. They are spiteful enough to jeopardize your future career growth, just to make a point. For people who want to work in a factory setting, this is ideal. But for people who actually want to do some good work and create a good portfolio, please stay away! Oh, and they have two separate bathrooms for women! One for the so-called VIP section (the three bosses) and a terrible one (where you can hardly sit) for the rest. If you are looking for respect. you will be sorely disappointed. Even the system of work is chaotic enough to frustrate the life out of you.

ORM - One of the worst department in WATConsult. Managers and senior executives are good for nothing. All they know how to make employees work for hours like an donkey. The level of appreciation for ORM employees is nil unless they are bootlicker to their reporting managers, no matter how hard an employee works. People are terminated for no reason, even after working hard. Leaves aren't granted on time plus you need to work for extra hours and days. Politics amongst the seniors are on the next level. Feedback from employees is not taken seriously by the seniors. We live in a modern era, with so many AI software tools, yet these seniors want to take the old way, by working on those stupid excel sheet. When it comes to salary, they pay peanuts to an experienced candidate. Like Seriously????
