She sets clear expectations and respects each team member’s skills — whether in architecture or design. WD Partners India fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture, where people are encouraged to grow based on merit. I’ve seen strong performers rewarded fairly, and leadership open to feedback. It’s a fast-paced environment, but one where professionalism and teamwork are genuinely valued.
