I worked at WDS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

6 weeks training paid just go to do that just sit around playing with tech and chatting

    Cons

tones. management are cowards and if it wasn't for the name tag you wouldn't be able to guess they are management.
use employment agencies to avoid having to actually manage the workforce.
management cower away from the role and seemingly just read data stats.
no further opportunities. poor pay in comparison to apple.
cant imagine it will last long due to the UK leaving the EU so all them that stayed in the hope that 5 years down the line they might be offered a contract from WDS must be gutted.
    terribly boring.
googley means the same as most customer service phone roles- avoid customer service and refunding even though they have a right to one and read the script, whilst avoiding speaking in a monotone and reacting to the nonsense customers chat.
    expensive food hall.
nothing is permenant as everything is outsourced.
difficult to reach via public transport.
no parking or selective parking available to mainly long-term serving employment agency contracts.
massive staff turnover groups of 6-20 employees trained every 4-6 weeks. which speaks for itself when considering how the exploit workers rights and employment agency staffing.
