Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback for us. We know we're tardy in responding but want to communicate that this feedback is important to us. As of this response, we're actively addressing some of the feedback listed above. Specifically, we're working with an external consultancy to review things such as our compensation and benefits to ensure that they remain competitive for the market as well as provide coaching and support in other areas. Additionally, we took some time as a company to think about our culture, vision, and values and have put measures in place to encourage more communication with the leadership team and folks supporting the studio.
