PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE RECENT POSITIVE REVIEWS - MANAGEMENT IS TRYING TO MAINTAIN WITHIN's REP I loved working here, I really did. However, the decisions they have made the past three months have been beyond idiotic. In March we had a company retreat to Nashville, which the CEO covered everyone's flight and hotel expenses. One month later 40+ WITHIN employees are laid off. Supposedly this "wasn't a financial matter", and more of a problem with WITHIN being too "top heavy" having way too many people who were higher ups that were doing entry level type of work. An employee asked if layoffs were going to happen again in the near future. In the words of Joe Yakuel "I do not foresee us having any layoffs in the future". WRONGGGGGGGGG. Two months later 100+ employees were laid off. Half of the company gone. Why you may ask? Because they're doing poorly financially. 100+ people out of jobs in a recession. The severance package? An actual joke. Straight up awful. Step down Joe, this is not your calling!

They recently had 2 rounds of layoffs that cut the company size by 40%. This has made us pick up the work of those laid off. They are doing poorly financially and have been extremely secretive about that. Leadership has done a terrible job of handling this. Current employees are applying to new jobs and clients are not happy. I wouldn’t be surprised if this company ceased to exist by next year.
