      There are many interesting characters within the office The hours are flexible You are surround by knowledgeable people from the moment you first enter the doors

      Cons

      Career progression/ Pay could be better Employees should see much more financial benefit to bookings made instead of the bare minimum. It may be the industry standard in relation to will writing however the company prides itself on innovation and work life balance this should be rewarded in turn
