Many staff members are excessively overworked, working long hours and weekends, under unrelenting pressure from middle management to complete workloads despite recognised under resourcing and regular setbacks resulting from from struggling outdated systems. Salaries are well below market rate. Constructive criticism not acted on, due to lack of budget. No induction programme, you are plunged straight in the deep end. You are encouraged to leave a Glassdoor review straight after joining.

Lovely product, meeting people, free product, no initial financial outlay

Cons

Training is only focussed on the workshop and no training is given on how to use systems and what you are required to do each week. Your car is used to transport your stock and can become damaged. You get paid per workshop but nothing for all the time you put in to the administration of each workshop and you are expected to he on call all the time.
