    Pros

    Co owner in the business, share in profits, great benefits and freebies Inc 25 per cent discount at John Lewis. Performance Related pay.

    Cons

    not run commercially and processes and systems are way behind competitors after years of under investment. Nothing happens with any sort of pace or urgency
