    I worked at Waitrose & Partners part-time

    Pros

The rate of pay was ok but was always made better each year with the bonus scheme. An extra 10-20% as a retail sales asistant is great.

    Cons

Working Christmas and holidays is always rubbish. The managers want to make it fun but the stores are just full of angry rich people.

    Advice to Management

Employ more staff so when it does get super busy, which it always does, then there is the staff there to call on for overtime.
