I don't really have anything negative to say. I've worked at other places and this is by far the best hospital I've ever worked at.

I worked at WakeMed Health and Hospitals full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay rate was decent as well of health benefits

    Cons

Management is very unprofessional and would make decisions based on rumors from others (at least at the business office) the so called "manager" would only promote employees as long as you were on her list as someone that would not question her. (Very racist)

    Advice to Management

Make sure that you listen more to your employees as they are the heart of your business
