I have been working at WakeMed Health and Hospitals full-time

    Pros

Consistent Schedule Good Co-workers Decent PDO accrument Understanding Management Good COVID-19 practices

    Cons

Scheduling Doctor's requests are not consistent, and there are some flaws in the system compared to 'best practices' I've learned from a former healthcare employee--such as some doctors treating the weekend hours as an 'all you can eat' buffet in regards to scheduling patient procedures. There is some in-department complaining going on. Management is not always as pro-active as it should be
