      Pros

      This is what I have become since I started working here. More of these qualities the better. These skills are useful while working on dynamic changes, inter-person interactions, while working within a team etc. Here, it is a combination of work satisfaction, learning & growth. Having a fruitful professional tenure

      Cons

      At times, the HRs tend to push you to participate in cultural events. I don’t prefer it.

      Nothing as I know. Every one is waiting for opportunity to escape from this prison.

      Cons

      Ho this list is as long as statue of unity. But I will try to cover few of them. Growth - Zero Onsite - Whats that Worklife balance - forgot and get ready to work from 10 am to 10 pm. Pay - lowest in the market ( 2+ years exp guys working for 12k) Transportation - No Notice Period - 3 Months but wants only Immediate candidates Probation Period - 3 Months with wooping 6 Reviews( Where the hell you will find these kind of policies) Weekoff - Ready to Work on weekends with zero pay nor combo off. Leisure Activites - Never Heard Smooth Exit - They make your life hell if you resign by holding 2 months salary while serving notice. Job Security - can fire any time but you can't resign anytime. Politics - Never Ending Freshers - Sign 3+ bond with original certificates as collateral,taking 5k per month Hikes - get 500Rupees hike and celebrate Learning curve - learn ext.js Agile - please learn about agile first. My advice dont read reviews here. Everything is done by Hr Team.

      QA work is interesting & has provided me exposure to various processes and norms in testing. Scope to acquire automation specific skills as well. The projects are such. Employee need matching facilities & benefits are provided. No limits to progress as a QA engineer
