Positive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Wallace Morgan full-time for less than a year
Pros
Fun atmosphere Growth mindset Simple pay structure Entirely commission based
Cons
Completely commission based Outdoor work They ultimately want you to work from 7am to 7pm, and often spend time "after hours" with the people working there. Takes several weeks to get your first check, which often is lower because "apps" gets denied days after you finish the sale 6 days a week

RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Wallace Morgan full-time for less than a year
Pros
The people are lovely, the atmosphere is so upbeat and you have a real opportunity to improve your business skills and rise up the ranks of the company. The motivational events organised every morning, and the chance to travel around the US and meet with so many interesting people are things that will always stand out for me.
Cons
The days are quite long, but then I can say the same for most the jobs I've worked in, many of which were pretty dead end compared to the stuff Wallace Morgan offers.

"Entry Level Customer Relations/ Management"
Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Wallace Morgan full-time
Pros
First to be clear, I didn't opt to stay with this Company after an Hour of observing the methods of the Operation, that they refer to as Face to Face Customer Relations. I was with a small group of new Employee's, and I was in Disbelief when they set up a small table to display their items, on the Sidewalk, in the blazing heat. The Company insists that the Reps. wear Professional Business Attire, and without providing us seats, or at best, a Proper Set Up to not only accommodate the Staff, but, also the prospective customer's as well. I found the whole situation to be Appalling, Therefore, after a brief deliberation with my Common Sense... I chose to walk away, and not allow this Company to Insult my Intelligence further by the Misleading description of the Position. I have no issues starting from the ground up, nor do I mind Hard Work, or Long Hours, However, I do have Issues with a Company taking Advantage of People who are looking to Improve their lives, and are promised great benefits in lieu of the time they invest and how many items they are able to ' Give Away ' via Solicitation Tactics.
Cons
Obviously, I found there to be Zero Pros, and plenty of Cons, which from my point of view go hand in hand. I have an Abundance of Experience in Sales, Marketing, Event Planning ( Expo Venues, not Street Soliciting ), PR, Management, etc., However, I thought that this was an opportunity to work with a Team of Innovative Sales Reps, Advertising Personnel, basically a Talented Marketing Firm, that were interested in training like-minded people, and expanding by the Growth of the Industry, not by promoting entry level associates to become their own Team Leaders with a selected team behind them, where they are left to contract these Fortune 500 Companies and ensure the movement of a product or service by the Repetitious Practices already Implemented. The Employees that I spent that short time with, seemed apprehensive to give me an honest answer, or at least one that would've matched the Profile of the Company, with it's High Energy 5 Year Plan. They were reluctant, and I understood that they needed their Jobs... As did I ! However, I would not help to anyone reach their Desired Success while using the employees as the Stepping Stones on which they use to climb their way Up! This Firm and others like them manipulate GOOD PEOPLE, who believe that they too will one day be on the Top. This Company should be ASHAMED, and because I know they never will be... I'll say this, KARMA !!!! No matter how it comes into play, one thing is certain... It will when one least expects it.
