I worked at Walmart eCommerce full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lots of opportunity to contribute on many projects that really move the needle, even at junior levels. Supportive environment, no sense of toxic, inter-office politics and competition (at least at the junior level). Great work-life balance (unlimited PTO and WFH).

    Cons

You are sometimes faced with large corporate shifts and reorganizations that are not in your control - to be expected with an organization the size of Walmart. Can derail your work, but it's like that at most large corporations.
