I worked at Walt Disney Company for more than a year

    Pros

Lovely community and people to work with, they truly value and appreciate you. Everyone is always working as a team and so lovely to each other. Great benefits. You're given a great insight of the company as a whole, the management stays well connected globally.

    Cons

There may be some long hours depending on which team or role you are given especially at the end of each fiscal period or year. However, you will always work as a team through this.

I have been working at Walt Disney Company full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Huge company with the perks you’d imagine such as park tickets etc, in house cinema too!

    Cons

The biggest problem is that senior management do not listen. They delegate work constantly but do not seem to care about lack of available resource. They expect you to work long hours through the month. Also, the company use the brand to attract potential employees and therefore seem to pay less than the market rates. I would not recommend working here.
