    - Great team ethos to achieve success as a division - Very clear and achievable promotional targets - Excellent 8 week training program to support new starters in the business - Newly refurbished office in the centre in London.

    - Balancing being both a high biller and managing and growing a team.

    Good ramp-up training Nice offices in the center of Paris In some teams the team spirit is present

    Cons

    Low fixed salary Low commissions Pressure Very high KPIs Internal politics - not the most brilliant people succeed
