CEO and Leadership truly supports everyone at every level to encourage growth, success and personal happiness. Real team mentality where people take ownership to work together to support the vision of the company and to achieve success. Fantastic people - very smart, experienced and talented bunch with great senses of humor who work hard and have fun! It's a challenging environment for sure and with a start-up mentality it's not for the faint of heart who want an easy 9-5 job. However, those who work hard are rewarded well and provided an excellent career and home with a wonderful work family!
Cons
Being a remote, smaller start-up company, people need to understand that it can be a very challenging environment that is still in the growth phase and working out kinks and Leadership and Management expect a lot from their employees. This may not be the right fit for everyone but is extremely rewarding for those of us that it is!
