      Pros

      - flexible working environment - friendly people and all there for a purpose - flat hierarchy so easy to approach management - the organisation sets out to inspire volunteers and help them step into their career - obvious fusion between teams (e.g. policy and fundraising communication is good)

      Cons

Can't fault except lacking IT quality systems and resources in general (because it's a charity

Charity salaries and progression (sector wide issue) Other than that there are no real cons (well the office is in Vauxhall so not much to do but fine really)

      Pros

Great working environment, friendly staff, nice office and real sense of purpose and commitment to the mission

      Cons

None significant. It is a charity, so as long as you are prepared for that, it is a wonderful place to work.

      Pros

Excellent work/life balance. Great people focused on a shared mission.

      Cons

As expected in the charity sector the pay is less than private sector. This is particularly notable for digital roles.
