      Great really mission focused and fast growing company

      Care about the mission, really impactful, fast moving and scrappy, great people, a lot of responsibility for PMs, really interesting markets to work in

      Cons

      Not as easy to get access to customers due to remote nature of work but lots of creative ways to ensure PMs consistently have context and can meet customers still

      - Company is very open and honest about its mission and the role you play in that. If you resonate with that mission then you are set to succeed very well in the company. - The pace of work and expectation is very fast, great if you are driven as such. - Work life balance is fantastic. work time is for work and the respect for timezones is truly welcome!

      The pace starts from day one, be ready.
