This place is beyond horrible. 1. Management is horrible it's 1 manager over all staff and she clearly has no medical background. 2. There is no sign of happiness in the place only a few people smile & are nice 3. You will not have a set place you work they ask you 1 thing in the interview but will move you all around with no regard to if you even want to work there or not (everyone is a float) 4. The pay is low you can work private practice & be less stressed for what they give 5. I have not had a raise in 2 years & it's people who has been there longer with no raise not even 10 cents & they lie to you in your interview telling you it's yearly raises & 90 day raises after evaluation. 6. Managements idea of being a halfway decent manager is to somewhat harrass you 7. You will not get credit for good work they will use that to (use) you. 8. The turn over rate is insane ( huge revolving door)

- Executive and head of department management have seem to lost grasp of reality and are taking an opposite path of the industry, treating employees poorly, removing benefits, and enacting strict guidelines. - Previously very flexible work environment, family friendly telling employees to put their family first the work will still be here, that flexibility is now gone. - Salary increases are a thing of myth, unless you have a manager who's willing and able to plead a case in the event you give notice that you are leaving for another job. - Poor money management, the way bills are paid, or not paid, leaves little to wonder why the company is in financial distress. - Pay is lower than other comparable companies, they always prided on not paying the best though having benefits and other reasons to work here, which are now gone with the new executive team.
