    Pros

Wealth Wizards is one of the few companies that actually has a mission that can help normal people and they do it in a really pioneering way. You feel like you’re making a difference.
The company vibe and culture is great, employees are given autonomy to create and produce and there’s some great technology. Everyone is very friendly and supportive of each other.
There is flexible working and some really good benefits for a relatively small company.
Location wise; Leamington is great as it’s so close to so many things and easy to get to.

    Cons

I couldn’t think of any. The drive to and from work??

    Advice to Management

Keep the culture the same even with the growth of the company

I have been working at Wealth Wizards part-time

    Pros

It's a really exciting, fast-paced environment working with people who are not only extremely capable and thought-leaders, but also just extremely down-to-earth and lovely.

    Cons

Pension matching scheme could be better (especially since it's a pension advice company!)

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing!

I worked at Wealth Wizards full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wealth Wizards has a fantastic working culture and a great location on the edge of Leamington Spa. There's a real overarching commitment to producing quality, fully tested software and engineering teams are given the time and responsibility it takes to do things right. I reckon it scores a full 12 out of 12 on the Joel test, so this is a good place for serious software engineers to work.

There's a really progressive emphasis on continuous improvement and refinement to working practices, and one can challenge any process that doesn't feel right or isn't working properly and expect management to actually give you the resources to sort it out. Employee engagement is top notch.

    Cons

Relationships with some big name clients can sometimes be an impediment to getting things done. Depending on your role you might find yourself in one too many meetings, but I feel this is less bad than it used to be.

    Pros

Innovative and exciting company. Great values and genuinely care about their employees. Rapidly growing business with lots of opportunity to make a difference.

    Cons

Nothing, this is a great company

    Advice to Management

Consider how the business can offer clear development paths and continue the great engagement of employees including support and/or training as the business grows

I have been working at Wealth Wizards full-time

    Pros

Wealth Wizards has a great culture, and a mission that is of real benefit to the world. It's so refreshing to work at a company where you can earn good money doing something truly meaningful in an environment where people are constantly learning, are open to talking about failure, and are not afraid to try new things.

    Cons

There are not many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the technology park itself is a bit soulless if you're used to working in central Birmingham or London.

    Advice to Management

Keep the small Fintech startup vibe that you currently have as you grow into a small enterprise

    Pros

Pace, energy and enthusiasm abound on a daily basis - the forward momentum is constant. It's genuinely friendly, everyone knows everyone and the Exec team/senior managers (a very approachable bunch) are very much in evidence around the office. The Leamington office is very cool (open plan, stand up desks and table football :-)) and there's an ever growing culture of promoting health and wellbeing. Work/life balance is really valued here.

    Cons

Car parking can be limited if you're not an early starter.

    Advice to Management

Keep the start up ethos going even as we expand.
