management is very poor, rectriction for learning new things, working on old technology, no off on saterday

4yAt Webgile solutions, we always work on latest technologies. Also we have ALWAYS encouraged new and existing employees to learn latest technologies in respective domains during paid work hours itself.
We do have Alternate Saturdays off since many years.
If people leave job even without any notice of even 1 day; what you can expect from management even when you are working on time critical client project.
