I have been working at Webhelp full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This is genuinely one of the best places you could hope to be employed. The atmosphere created by staff at all levels is fantastic. Constant training is provided to keep all staff up to date with all the latest policies, procedures and systems. There are lots of fun days and events provided by the embassador team and management on a regular basis. My own personal experience has been great. When I first joined the company, it was made clear that career advancement opportunities were available for the correct candidates and for people who show and genuine interest in progression. This was proven to me when I was able to quickly progress from an agent, to a seconded Team Leader position which has recently been made permanent. I cannot thank this company enough for the faith it has shown and the opportunities it has provided me, and I will continue to do my role to the best of my ability and become an even better manager as my career continues.

    Cons

There are no cons to this company at all, if you want to work hard and prove your worth, you will be rewarded for it.

    Advice to Management

Continue to promote career opportunities to people within the company. Happy staff are hard working staff who will go that extra mile to show their appreciation.

I have been working at Webhelp full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The staff you work with are great. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you with system issues. The customers are really nice despite the poor service we’re providing.

    Cons

The systems Thomas Cook use don’t work very well. The systems constantly crash. The call centre used to be a great place to work with really user friendly systems however due to budget cuts, it’s made the job very difficult. Again due to budget cuts, there are no staff. Our target SLA is 28 days to resolve a case. I’ve seen cases that haven’t been looked at in over 80. Managers refuse to take calls and customers are all really unhappy with the current service.

    Advice to Management

Remove the 5 minute acw time and hire more staff. Thomas Cook, invest more money into your dissatisfied customers.
