I have been working at Webhelp full-time

    Pros

great bonus options, lots of scope for progression

    Cons

you get to 'progress' quickly however you end up losing out on bonus etc as you dont have the same chance for bonus as an SME or DTL as you do as an advisor

    Advice to Management

Pay your DTL and SME more or you risk losing them. SME are fountains of knowledge but you overwork and overstretch them. If you want to keep them pay them more.

    Pros

Jobs super super easy and the people are lovely

    Cons

Payment is never correct, hardly ever get days off. There not understandable to people who can’t work some hours due to train times, turn over of staff is massive and lines are mostly dead night shifts are the worse usually having 2/3 phone calls

I worked at Webhelp full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They'll hire pretty much anyone who can read and speak, just like the call centre in "Sorry To Bother You".

    Cons

Timed toilet breaks, very long training period aimed at morons, they're more than happy to 'manage people out'.

    Advice to Management

Saying there are worse call centres out there isn't a compliment.

    I worked at Webhelp full-time

    Pros

Awful place to work, claim to help you if you have trouble with disability such as mine but got fired for apparent too much time off

    Cons

Lie to you, pay, hours, location. Just a horrendous place to work

    Advice to Management

Don't lie and say you care when you definitely don't and say that we can use you as a reference but decline to do so when a company contacts you
