Pros
Good work life balance if you know how to say no. Most staff are friendly and are happy to help you out when required.
Cons
Poor renumeration for mid level to junior staff. Management team earns $300 thousand plus while other employee earn $40 to $60 thousand. There is no HR so quite hard to bring up issues. If a Manager does not like you, they can even give you 0% bonus without providing a reason. Senior Managers get 7-15% salary increases PA while most employees get nothing even when the company is growing. Senior managers seems to be rewarded for keeping employee salary low. They also try to push salary review back so when it passes the financial year they will just try and explain it is too late this year.
