    I have been working at Wesser full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Good pay and conditions, the company tries to look after you and actually listens to staff at all levels. Martin Wesser has a good heart and goes out of his way to make newer guys feel part of things right down to cooking meals for teams that do well. Hard work is rewarded both with praise and recognition but also financially.

    Cons

    Long days and dealing with rejection. Lots of travel to start out with. To be honest the cons are the same anywhere in the door to door industry
