1) Nice Package to get more positive reviews. 2) CEO Greg and Adam are very nice, all other partners are worst. 3) No Pros for Genuine and Dedicated employees, if you are person who believe can survive in toxic environment then this is the right place. 4) When you join you will feel like honeymoon period for the first week, the management will treat you like you are the bestest employee and after some days you will realize how biased is the environment.
Cons
1) No work-life balance. Only struggle. 2) Mental torturing at its upper level. 3) Micro Management - Total employees in the company is around or less than 70 including top level managers and they will act like this is the only company in US and India and the workers are slaves for their customer.

1. Once White Rabbit Group was one of the best company to work in kochi India. 1. Better pay. Salary will be credited on the last working day of the month. 2. Fulltime WFH policy from pandemic. 3. If you survive this company, then you can survive any where

1. High work pressure But No career growth. No new technologies used. 2. Works of employees never appreciated until you be the pet of Managers. 3. You will be assigned to multiple projects at same time same day & it will make you stressed, forced to work 10 - 12 hours daily. 4. No Appreciation from Managers & Management but they will blame you even on small mistakes. 5. You can raise concerns, No use.. Management will through it in dustbin. 6. You are the Best until you raise a concern against a change they made anywhere in the policy, work flow or against newly hired Management pets. 7. Leads, Managers & management is really bad, they not even bothered about employees and their personal values, family life. 8. Some Leads thinks that they know everything, but they don't have basic knowledge, only show-offs 9. Forced to work on weekends and on public holidays without extra pay or compensatory leave. Your leaves will be marked without fail and deduct the pay without any mercy. 10. No freedom to take decisions during work. 11. Micro Management and employee pressuring. 12. Team leads and Managers works purely based on politics by blaming the developers. 13. No vehicle parking space for the employees 14. No Job security
