    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at White & Case full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The salary is above the industry average, but pay has been frozen for two years with management cagey about the economic outlook.

    Cons

The culture is exploitative, unfriendly and ruthless. Senior lawyers have very little interest in training and encouraging junior lawyers to progress. Juniors are frequently used as assistants, and made to spend long hours on administration tasks. There is no concept of work life balance, with the hours being ruthlessly long. There is little to no scope to work from home.
